Located at the top of Spit Hill on Sydney Rd, Workspace. Balgowlah is easy to access and close to everything. It takes just minutes to drive to the lower North Shore and the freeway to the city or the M2. And if you're heading north the Wakehurst Parkway, leading to the Northern Beaches peninsula, is close by. With the completion of the Northern Beaches Hospital in 2018, we will also be just 10 minutes from Sydney's newest hospital.

A bus stop right outside the office makes catching public transport easy - whether you want to catch a ferry into the city or head down to Manly for a bite to eat. 

There's a great cafe just across the road (with some Brazilian specialities on offer) as well as a well-known personal training outlet right next door if a lunchtime workout is your thing. 

The Stockland Balgowlah Mall is a five-minute walk or two-minute drive and here you'll find plenty of lunch options, a large Coles, an excellent greengrocer, two popular fitness chains and much more. 

Other tenants in the building include a well-established real estate agent, a leasing agency, and a fashion brand. 

 

 

 

 

Get outside

If you enjoy the great outdoors, you couldn't ask for a better location than Workspace. Balgowlah. We are located just minutes from the surf beaches of Manly - making it easy for a pre- or post-work surf or swim. The newly renovated Boy Charlton pool is also nearby if lap swimming is more your thing. 

For a head-clearing lunchtime walk, you can wander down to Clontarf or the Spit Bridge and tread a segment of the popular Spit to Manly walk. 

Mountain biking at Manly Dam is also close by and popular drop-in points are easy accessible. 

Did we mention the golf? Balgowlah Golf Club is right next door and you can enjoy a twilight game or join the Wednesday competition for a walking and talking business meeting.
